I bought a pair of Super Talent T800UX2GC4 from a seller on the anandtech forum. He said that the memory came out with zero errors. These are the sticks:

The ramlist says they are D9 microns. However, my question is why will my computer not POST when the ram is set to 460mhz with an 1840mhz FSB (1:1) @ 2.1v on a 7x multiplier?

My computer works perfectly at 406mhz (1:1) on a 8x multiplier, but will not post when it's set at 460mhz on a lower multiplier. I'm asking because from the posts and reviews I've read, these DIMMs should hit 500mhz no problem (and I'm not even close to that).
