Super easy Win7 question

In device manager if multiple devices are listed using say driver "1.1111.1.BBQ" if I uninstall it from the one device will the driver be uninstalled from all devices?

Do registry cleaners remove any residual file crap left from uninstalled drivers?

Generally it asks you if you also want to remove the driver for the device - if you say no to that, the others should stay.
