First post on here, but I've been around elsewhere for a while.
Building a replacement PC for my sister.
It's only for basic office use and maybe for playing back 1080p mkvs on her TV. I already have her a miniPC I built for her TV, but if that fails I would like her to have this as a backup.
Can anyone suggest a PCI-E video card that is less than $20 the preferably has HDMI? I have a 6600gt with 128mb ram somewhere but not finding it right now.
Prefer new, but would't really mind used if it is cheap and working.
Thanks!
