Looks like it could fit a gtx280. There isnt anything between the pci brackets and the other side of the case.
 
I'm sure none of the GTX 200 cards will fit without modding. First, they are too long. The case has barely enough room to fit a standard ATX size mobo with a 9.6" width. The GTX 260 is 10.5 inches long.

Also, their power connectors will be facing the top of the case. There's very little clearance between the top edge of a full-height card and the top acrylic panel.

On the other hand I'm considering getting a 4870 for this case. Is anyone able to fit a 4870 with stock heatsink in the case? The card is only 9.5" long, but the power connectors are facing sideways, or towards the front of the case.

One thing I'm considering doing is mounting the top and/or front panels with spacers/stand-offs to get another 1/4" to 1/2" or space.
 
I e-mailed them a while back. I want this exact case, but in metal instead of the Plexi. It is compact, yet still holds a full ATX. They never even responded :(
