Unfortunately, my room gets very hot with a computer running at full load 90% (UD ) of the time.

Currently I have 2 case fans, one in the lower front and one in the back right under the PSU. Zalman 7000alcu covering the CPU. AntecSmart blue PSU which has 2 fans. Currently temps are at 34C cpu/34C mobo idle; 46C/38C full load. I know the CPU operates fine on temps up to 60C, but it heats up my bedroom waaay too much and I don't feel comfortable running the computer at this high of a tempurature.

What kinds of things could I do to keep the temp down. I considered turning it off during the day, but that is out of the question. What kind of self-respecting geek would turn their computer off? I compromised with myself to turn my second computer off when I don't actually need it. That helps my room temps, but I need to focus on this computer. Thank you.

If your room is going to get hot, then you are either going to have to cool down the room or turn off your computer for extended periods of time. A couple extra case fans may help a bit, but they cant get your case temps below ambient room temperature. Buy a wall AC unit, turn the air up higher, or just turn your computer off.
