Okay, I'm a little confused.

What is the difference between the SG01-E and SG01-F? They both talk about the ability to handle larger graphics cards.

The SG01-F specifically shows the graphic and chart about GFX cards fitting. It also says "If an expansion card is longer than 9.6” and it needs to be installed in the first slot, please refer to the manual for installation instructions."

They don't have the manual up for download however. Do you have to remove the HDD bay for this? If so, that would leave you with one 5.25" drive and one 3.5" drive using a 5.25" adapter, right? Or can you only remove half the HDD bay?

Finally, what is the difference between these two and the SG02-F other than front panel styling? Does the SG02-F have better airflow? It still has the note about cards longer than 9.6".

Sorry for all the questions, I'm new to SFF and I'm a little confused by the case options for mATX mobos.
 
The only difference I can discern between the SG01-E and F is, as stated in the SG01-F Intro, it is "built based on a brand new steel structure...", rather than aluminium. This refers to the chassis, not the front panel which is still aluminium. This has the potential for quieter operation.

I think the video card info from the manual for the SG02-F will be similar to the SG01-F. "The hard drive cage in the SG02-F is designed for all extension cards up to 12 long.inch (305mm)"

I'm leaning toward the SG01-F. I like the partially stealthed front panel of the SG02-F bon't don't care for the plastic fron panel

If so, I am going to side with you on being partial to the SG01-F for the same reasons.

Yes, and the way they accomplish this is with four possible *positions* for the 3.5" hard drive cage. On one extreme, the hard drive cage has a normal 20mm x 80mm fan attached and would not allow you to use a long video card in the first (closest to CPU) PCIe slot. At the other extreme, you remove the fan entirely and you can fit any length video card you like. In between the two you can fit a slim 80mm fan (not included) on the end of the hard drive cage.

The SG01-E won't be able to fit the larger cards because the hd cage placement is based on the older design. Only way to fit cards longer than 10 inches is to remove the cage. Your only options are the SG01-F and the SG02.
