I'm in a crunch. I need to gather some data from a group of people (I have email addy's names phone etc) but I am not sure the best way to go about it. I have a list of about 40-60 questions they need to submit data on to setup classes and supplies for those classes. I had planned on a web based solution added to our event registration system. That got axed by management due to cost. My budget for this project is essentially $0. That doesn't get me off the hook from getting the work done though. The people I am collecting this data from will be favorable to me and cooperative. I don't have to worry to much about convencing them to send me the info. I just need an easy way of getting them a form to fill out that I can easly import into Access or Excel. I only have about 40 people to send it to so its not a very large group. The questions are a mix of check boxs and short answer lines.
Should I just look into making a word form and us VB to convert it to an excel file?
