suggestions on nail polish?

I went to a few beauty salon places asking for some neon ultraviolet nail polish, to use on my pci/agp card edges and possibly a fan fin or two...and man did I get some funny looks when I asked for nail polish. However they didn't have any that would be good ultraviolet stuff that would reflect off of my blue cold cathode. I read another thread that listed a place, but we don't have anything like that here. I'm not looking to spend $10 on a bottle that I'll only use about 1/50th of, so something cheap that would work good. I saw a few places online but they were like 2.99+5.75 for shipping, heh.
 
1 word: Conformal Coating.

I'd ship ya some, but I don't have the clearances to ship the stuff. Check an online electronics distributor possibly.
