Hi, just want to get some feedback on this computer configuration I'm tossing around with to build in the future.

CPU: AMD Athlon II X2 Dual Core 240 2.8Ghz
COOLER: Stock, if the CPU ships with one.
MOBO: ASUS M4A785TD-M EVO
HDD: Something cheap, 500GB will do. (<$150AU)
PSU: Unsure yet, I need to know how powerful it will need to be.
RAM: 4GB generic
GPU: Inno3D GTS 250 Pro OC iChill
CASE: Silverstone SG01-F

Ok, I'll give you some more information now.

This computer will be used as my main rig. My computer usage is normally playing Flash games, working lightly in Microsoft Office, listening to music, watching videos and playing games (Normally in the TrackMania series). It has to be small, hence the mATX MoBo and the SilverStone case. It must also be powerful enough to keep Windows 7 Home Premium's performance snappy.

What I want in YOUR feedback:

What wattage would I need on my power supply?
Does the listed CPU ship with a stock cooler?
Will my selected GPU fit in the Silverstone case?
Will it play all of the games in the TrackMania series, and will it play a higher end game, like Battlefield 2 or SWAT 4?
Have I missed out anything crucial in this thread entry?
Have I selected relevant hardware for my goals?
Should I go 64 bit on my OS?

And that's about it.

Please post a reply, even if it's just a small suggestion.

I need all the help that I can get on this.

Thanks.

What wattage would I need on my power supply? 450-500w if that get a corsair psu

Does the listed CPU ship with a stock cooler? Yes, if its retail and not oem.

Will my selected GPU fit in the Silverstone case? Yes

Will it play all of the games in the TrackMania series, and will it play a higher end game, like Battlefield 2 or SWAT 4? Yes the GTS250 is a pretty decent video card.

Have I missed out anything crucial in this thread entry? you should post a budget, people like to put together configs of other people.

Have I selected relevant hardware for my goals? Yes, put personally i am not a fan of amd or some of the brands you chose.

Should I go 64 bit on my OS? Yes look into win7 ultimate.

Thanks, I am looking forward to piecing this together.

@darkz179, what brands aren't you a fan of, and how could I improve the components of these brands (better brand-name component, for instance)?
