I Just finished watercooling my rig. Few concerns on temps etc.

My Idle now for my E6850 @ 1.525vcore @ 3.8ghz is around 37c IDLE. 60c Load

I find this a bit high IMO, anyone else agree? if so any tips? should I reseat.

Umm second, GPU idles @ 43c havnt tested load yet. this seems about right.

info on loop (Mcp655 > fuzion > ekfullcovereage WB > Mcr320Rad x 3 yateloons 12v > res

One more thing to add, I did Lap my Cpu. It is smooth, tested with "light" / flat surface/

you could have air stuck in the cpu block... try squeezing gently the tubes going in and out..see if any air shoots out... new system?

i would also say tilt the rig some to each angle to get air out of rad if you havnt yet and maybe run it with the system off and the wc loop on for awile


what thermal goo did you use?
 
there is no air in the system whats so ever. and Artic silver 5 is the thermal compound im using.

doesnt seem many people here can help lol
 
Your vcore seems quite high for C2D's which means lots of heat generation. Given that, 60°C does seem that bad.

My suggestion is to remove your OC and see where the temps go. If everything looks good at that point, you have your answer.

The implication in your post is that your fans are running at 12v? If not, put your OC back to the original setting and run the fans at full. Also, which yateloons? You *may* need fans with a little (lot?) more CFM than those fans are capable of doing.

Sound like a plan?
 
Yknow, come to think of it Michal...

Your cpu is dumping 173w of heat into the loop.

That's just as much as MY cpu is dumping, and I'm getting exactly the same temperatures as you... Even though it's a quad, heat is heat.
