hello everyone
i am hoping to get some advice on security cameras
a family member has a large house, about 13,000 sq ft, and she wants to get some cameras recording activity in select areas inside, and outside the home. My initial idea was to set up multiple DVRs in the house, maybe 4 cameras each. But it is going to be a huge pain running wires inside, and out. Especially since these all need to be remotely accessed. What would be the best solution here ( besides hireing a company ) to set up this system? Would it be possible to get coverage with wireless cameras, and record to a PC? Can anyone point me in the right direction?
a little more info about the house; it is very large and is 3 stories. Cam coverage is wanted in select rooms on all 3 floors, and a few covering the outside in select areas.
is the project even do-able?
