Suggestions for HTPC

I am building a new htpc I already have:

Windows MCE
ATI Theater 550 Pro PCIe
Haug PVR 500 MCE
Fusion 5 HDTV USB

Below is what i plan to get and the price and suggetions would be welcomed:

Don't go with any of the mobos that are "Quadro" IGPs, they're for business and have the kind of features that are attractive for HTPC use disabled.

Do you really need a video card? The 6150 IGP is more then enough for most HTPC systems.

Aren't the prices on X2s suppose to drop in a few days?

I was thinking of the Abit nveiw but I wasn't sure if I could fit the pcie x1, pcie x16, and a PCI card into it. So the Asus looks like the best bet, any suggestions? Also I didnt know that AMD was going to cut prices links to where this rumor was mentioned?


I think I am going with:

x2 3800+ (is the upgrade to4200 worth it?) (I looked for matx for c2d but couldnt find any i liked) (stock hsf)
Asus MB
Ram 1GB mentioned above
Onboard video only
powersupply: seasonic
case: sg01 evolution
HDD: I have a 300gb ide thats just sitting my my closet

I plan to watch hd, live tv, and I was planning on using it for playing WOW but I would need the video card i mentioned before (so i am putting that off for a while).
