Im replacing my E6850 @ 3.2 (800x4) with a Q6600 that I will OC to atleast 3.4ghz. I play Diablo3 and MW3. Between an HD 5850 1GB and the GTX460 1GB which would be better for my setup? Thanks in advance.

PS: I can get either for $100.

Oh and Im coming from an HD 4870 1GB.

Try it with the Q6600 before you upgrade the card. Its not a big difference from a hd4870 to a gtx460 anyways in mw3. I tested both cards at 1080p with mw3 and a i3 2100 and the difference isn't worth upgrading for that game trust me

If they are new cards go with the HD 5850 1GB. if used don't even think about it. stay away. save some money and go for HD 7850. Would be a big jump in perf. :)
