Suggestions for external HD enclosure?

I'm looking for an USB external enclosure, 3.5" to be exact but haven't found anything that jumps out so to speak. I need decent compatability and something that doesn't look like complete ass. So far the only thing that's caught my eye is the vantec nexstors, but they seem to have mixed reviews.
 
Personally I would go for something like the Hotway Landrive. In addition to a USB 2 connection this has a RJ45 connection. It can be operated as a Network Attached Storage device. If you have a small network you can plug the Landrive straight into the hub. All other machines connected to the LAN can access the drive.
