Suggestions for a silent, modular PSU?

I'm looking to pick up a new power supply that is both silent (30 dba or less), modular (no more origami-master cable hides), and somewhere around 450-520 watts. I'm currently leaning towards the OCZ 450W ModStream (or possibly the 520W version), although it's not fully modular it seems like it would meet my needs. Are there any other, similar or better PSU out there?

Short term, its gonna be used with a 2500+ barton/A7N8X-E Deluxe combo, but in the near future will have to power a 64 3200+/MSI K8N Neo 2 Platinum + all the typical components.

an option for a fully modular PSU is the UltraX connect 500w and to mod the 80mm fans. I believe that they are definitely rated below 30db, but they are pretty cheap (made a clicking sound at low speed). The fans use a standard two pin connector, so swapping them out takes ten minutes.

Antec Neopower is a very studly PSU. It is not fully modular though. If you don't want to use all the cables (such as the fan control wires) you are back to the hide the unused cables routine.

You might check out an OCZ Modstream. I know the PowerStreams are near silent. I have a 520w PowerStream and its rated for only 23dBa at near full load.

The ONLY thing that an X-connect might be a little better in is looks but that is still debateable. X-connect's are manufactured by the same company that makes cheap POWmax PSU's. In fact its nothing more then a re-branded POWmax model.

A NeoPower 480w should be able to handle a SLI rig just fine.
