Suggestions for a group chatting tool

I'm looking for a software/website that will allow my co-workers to connect to it, without needing to create an account, and allow us to chat together. Lets assume that we don't have AIM or anything like that, is there a website similar to meebo that allows you to create a passworded chat room and then allow certain people to connect?

Not sure if you're still looking, but TinyChat allows conference chats (text, microphone, and cam) without requiring anyone to register. To password a room, the host needs to register an account and change the setting in his 'room'. You can also ban people and require moderator approval for mic/cam chat.
