suggestions for a cpu cooler..any ideas?

ok so im building 2 systems right now.

1. 3.2 prescott
Asus P4P00e-deluxe 865
geil pc 3200
6800gt.

What would be a good cooler for that intel setup? i hear the prescotts run really hot.

68gt or x800xt
ocz pc3500

what would be a good fan for the amd system? the AMD system will most likely be overclocked.

Thermalright XP-90 w/ High speed panaflo fan for both setups.

yeah, get a thermalright of some type. i'd rather get a copper one than a alum one, but I've heard good things about the '90

third AYE! for that suggestion. i have the SP-94 for my P4 thats OC'ed from 2.6-3.2Ghz and it runs cooler than a naked guy walking around outside during winter in the middle of newyork city (well ok maybe not that cool, but you get the idea ) get a high speed fan also. this makes a world of a difference.
