We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.

Suggestion for a RAID card.

I need a suggestion for a 4 port sata III (preffered [but will settle for sata II]) RAID card that supports RAID 5 I will update this with exat system specs when I get home but essentially it's in a home file server 4 2tb drives quad core AMD ddr2 system. I have it setup in software RAID in windows server 08 right now and it seems to be working well enough but I'm quite paranoid it's just not enough. thanks for taking the time to look!

LSI Megaraid 92XX + BBU.

and it seems to be working well enough but I'm quite paranoid it's just not enough.

Remember that with any raid HW or software that you are absolutely not completely safe unless you have a backup or preferably more than 1 backup. Getting an expensive raid controller will not remove this need in any way. You still have a chance of losing the entire array.
