Suggestion for a Doom3 system

I saw the Hardware guide. But did not get exactly what I wanted from it.
I am looking for a perfect system to run the game at 1280x1000 or the resolution that is close to that. In quake3 there was not much that my eye could percieve to be wrong at this resolution. So I am looking for suggestions.

ABIT NF7-S motherboard, AMD Athlon XP 3200+ CPU, 512MB Corsair RAM XMS DDR400.

Resolution: 1280x1024
Texture Quality: High Quality

This was the closest off the specs that I saw. Does anybody see something better?
For a similar price?
But any suggestion will be goood!
