That's what I'm moving into right now. e5200 with Gigabyte UD3R and 2x1gb (I know) while reusing everything else = ~$200 AR delivered. It's a huge step up from my 939 x2 @2.9ghz and I'm only at 3ghz on the e5200 so far (just started and don't have it water cooled yet).
