Suggest a fan setup for me please!

Suggestions on two 80mm fans and one 120mm fan.

What I'm looking for is mostly the sound to airflow ratio. However, I'm looking for really quiet (under 20 dba) fans that blow the most air. What are some good choices or a place that I can go look at reviews at.

A Yate loon 120mm at 7v is around 22dba from 3ft.

The slow scythe 80mm fans are around 18dba from 3ft.
