Hello,
I have a 120mm Zalman HSF. 120mm exhaust, intake, fans. And a 90mm side panel fan. Heatspreaders on my memory, and a HD cooler in hopes of keeping all parts giving off minimal heat. I have taken a lot of time and really have wires out of the air flow. Also I have a http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16811133145 which is a steel case that is extremely large. I see lots of people say, stock air cooling, good air cooling, and great air cooling. Where would this be classified. And would it be sufficent to get a good OC out of a x2 3800 and a 7800 gtx? Should I look into getting a silencer. Thanks for any input!

I say it's overkill...mainly the heatspreaders and HD cooler...but that's just what I think.

Your overclocking experience will mostly depend on the heatsink/fan on the processor and graphics card. A fan to get the hot stuff out and another to bring in some cool air (assuming you wanted to leave the air pressure thing alone) and you're good to go.

You will probably have to get an aftermarket hs/f for your graphics card to get a "good oc", but I wouldn't worry too much about your processor.

...just go for it. I've squeezed 600 mhz out of my processor and you should see my cooling. ;)
