Suddenly devolped a problem

I had been happily using setup in my sig for 3 months.
In the last couple of weeks i started occasionally getting a C1 error at startup (Memory Presence, Base memory detect) and could only clear it by getting the PC to boot in default, enter bios, save and reboot and she would startup no problem. Then i started getting blue screens, reboots and freezes.

I updated my bios to P32 from P30 as i believed this fixed some problems with my CPU. It made no difference and kept getting C1 error until i took 2 sticks of ram out. Now it will run stable and run Prime95 for 10 hours but only if at stock speeds. If i try and OC and run Prime95 it shuts down after about 5 mins and reboots . Gaming it just locks up after a while. I'm at a loss to figure out what the problem might be. Part of me thinks perhaps bad stick of ram but so far i have had no joy using different combinations of the 4 sticks.
Have posted screens of bios below. Can anyone see anything wrong? I'm at a real loss here as to what the problem might be.

Hi, this means your memory controller is dead. This is quite common for 680is.
