Sudden Restarts - Driver Problem?

This morning, I went to start up my PC, got online, and went to open my browser, and suddenly, the screen goes black (monitor light turns amber). After restarting, it took me a couple tries to get back onto Windows, giving me an error message that something was wrong with the software with the 9800Pro. I tried getting online again, about 3 seconds after, the screen turned black again. I had to go to safe mode and uninstall the drivers and now I'm up running again. Has anyone heard about this? I havn't made any hardware or software changes lately to my computer. I'm running a BBA 9800 -> 9800Pro with a VGA Silencer and Cat 4.4s. Just wondering if anyone else has gotten this before.
