Sudden drop in FPS in Witcher

I am running 6950 1GB XFX, and I never went below 60 FPS, but it's suddenly doing it now. Other games are fine, and I haven't changed any settings, either.

1920x1080 and all settings at high.

Did you change drivers or anything recently? Also what are the rest of the specs of your rig?
 
You wouldn't happen to have a youtube video open in the background would you? I had a youtube video open and paused in the background once while playing the game and had my framerate drop by 50%(almost exactly), closing the youtube tab fixed it. I also heard of some people having the same issue after playing certain types of video in a media player, that was fixed with a reboot.

If your problem is more persistent I have no idea what the issue is.
 
Thanks for the replies, but yeah, I think I installed 11.6 from 11.5 and EA Origin... I can't believe it would be Origin causing this.
