hey, i just got a 3 peice set, and i dunno where to put the subwoofer? it has the volume controls on it also. :)

anywhere, subs are nondirectional, in other words as long as its near u somewhere, its fine. Under ur desk is fine

For optimal placement, place in near a wall to amplify the bass.

for even better placement, play some bassy stuff and crawl around the room until you find what you think sounds best.

Should be away from monitors, cell phones, wireless transmitters etc....as they are not magnetic shielded

to add to that, put the sub where you sit, then put some rap or something on and then crawl around the room until you find a place where it sounds best. Stop where you think it sounds best and put the sub there.

When you say wireless transmitters, do you mean like a wireless router? Just curious since my router is kinda close to my klipsch woofer (read: on top of it)....
