So yeah I didn't have a paypal account setup. So I went through the neccassary steps to creat one and what not. I know my account is not verified, since I did not tie a bank account and what not. But I sent payment via credit card.

I was wondering how long it takes before I should get accesss to the off topic forums, because I remember other people saying it was instant. I was just figuring though since my paypal account is pretty much in its infancy if there was some other steps that I should have taken.
 
The subscription should go through automatically once Paypal sends the payment. Did you receive an email receipt from Paypal? If so, you should forward it to kyle@hardocp.com so he can activate you.

Doh, it sent it to my old isp e-mail which I no longer have. Is there another way to show my payment. such as the ID numbers etc Or is there a way to have the e-mail receipt resent?

You just reminded me that I needed to change my Paypal email addy because I've recently switched ISPs as well. :) Damn, they make you jump through some hoops.

I didn't see anything about having a receipt re-sent, but I didn't look too long. You might try emailing them and asking after you change, confirm and assign your new addy as your primary.

Otherwise, I found this:

Any payment that has been made to or from your account will appear in the PayPal Account Overview and History as a transaction. Look at the Details tab in the status column to the right of the buyer's or seller's name, or look for their email address. Clicking the Details tab allows you to view all transaction details that would have appeared in your email.
 
Yeah I changed the email and stuff now and see it under my history of transactions. I just sent an e-mail the PayPal staff to see if I can get them to resend it. I even tried going through their little help system, so I gues the quickest way was just to ask. They said they will reply within 2 to 3 business days. If anyone knows of a better way to do it, please give me a heads up.

click 'Search' to view

3. Click 'Details' to view specific information concerning this
transaction

To learn more about the History page click the 'Help With This Page'
link in upper right section of page. You will find help topics and
questions regarding the History page.

If you do not have a PayPal Account, you can refer to the email
receipts you received from the seller. Or, you can review your credit
card statements for PayPal transactions.

Go into there and copy all of the info and paste it into an email to kyle@hardocp.com explaining what happened. It says it will have all of the details that would have been in your email receipt, which should be enough for Kyle to confirm things on his end.
