Sub $570 Zota gtx 1080 at walmart - new product price dropping?

I saw that when I was in the market. However with tax, there is a deal for a PNY 1080 on BHPhotoVideo.com that was 570 with no tax outside of NY. All in all, I ended up purchasing a card from a forum member. Not sure if this is a new sku because other places stil sell over 600.
 
But definately, I hope this is a trend. Maybe the 1080ti will drop the non-ti further down.
 
is this not ON Walmart.com not AT Walmart stores? maybe add .com to the title.

and armenius is most likely right, huge surplus of gpus right now!
