Stuttering in BF1942

I have system in sig. below. I updated to the latest Nvidia chipset drivers and latest ATi drivers. After doing so, when I go play BF1942 the system stutters terrible. I try to move with the mouse it takes about 5-10 secs to react, so bad that is unplayable. I was wondering if anyone has this problem, I don't know what could be wrong.

Did you remove the old drivers, or simply install the new drivers over the top of the old ones? If you didn't remove the old drivers first, you may want to remove them using Driver Cleaner or similar utility, then reinstall the mobo drivers first, and then the VC drivers. I wouldn't recommend installing the NV IDE drivers. Just use the IDE drivers included in Windows.
