I installed the VGA Silencer on my 9800 Pro and forgot if Up or Down was the high setting. Anyone here know, I can't seem to find the info and my case fans over power the VGA Silencer.
 
I think down is hi. When I had my 9800pro I always had it on high because it is so quiet.
