Stupid/easy question about heatsinks

I'm upgrading my Athlon XP 1900+ system to a P4 EE setup over the next week. Since it has been a while since I've researched this type of thing... I'm really out of the loop, here. Can the Alpha PAL8045 heatsink I have on my Athlon also mount up to my next motherboard that will house the new P4? Most likely not, I'm sure.. I just thought I'd check.

If not, I'll be looking for something that will be able to **QUIETLY** cool the P4 EE at the factory speed. No overclocking. Any suggestions on decent P4 heatsinks that don't cost as much as a piece of jewelry?

Nevermind the first part of that question. I just found out it won't work. I'd still like suggestions on great P4 coolers.
