I know this has probably been covered but I can't find my links. What are the ways to unstick stuck pixels on LCDs. Thanks.

With a soft lint free cloth, gently massage the immediate area over the pixel. It doesn't take very much pressure at all, if it's going to unstick it'll do it pretty quickly.

You might want to add "put a soft cloth" between your finger and the screen. ;)

Yeah, mine wont leave (unstick) :(

Any other ideas? Thanks Though.

RMA it if you can, or you can wait and see if it'll unstick on it's own. Sometimes they do that.

You have to usually massage around the pixel until it goes away...

I had 2 stuck pixels and I had pushed around with a tissue and constantly messed around it for few days until it finally vanished... Sometimes it would appear when I cold boot the monitor but it goes away within 10 minutes after it's been on...

About how many hours do you think you spent massaging it? I just bought a 42" westinghouse and right off the bat I noticed a stuck pixel kinda left of center. It dissappears on a red, blue or black screen screen. Shows black on a lime green screen. On a white or yellow screen, it shows red. My understanding is the pixels are RGB, so it sounds like the green portion of that pixel is dead possibly.

I also noticed 4 other stuck pixels, but one rub and they were gone, however, the first one will not go away. I have tried massaging it a little more, but don't want to do more damage then good so I gave up on that approach. I am running Undead pixel on it right now and will let it go for a day or so and then reconsider massaging the area again I guess.

Don't really want to return it, that one pixel is the only problem and I mostly don't notice it and am more worried that I'd get a screen even worse off considering the size of the screen, 1 stuck pixel is probably pretty good.
