In Freeman Pontifex.

I'm in what looks like a barn. There's a lift that I can use (up & down) and I need to reach a small vent to get out but can't seem to find how to climb that high.

Help ?
 
Umm the only barn+ vent I remember has you jumping into a locked store room via a vent on a small roof outside. After getting in you turn on the power with the plugs and take the lift up to the storeroom again and then head out into the barn. I don't recall if that was in freeman pontifex though.
 
Maybe more a storeroom than a barn, finally.

Lots of boxes, a lift, a garage door, lot's of shelfs that you can climb and a vent to the top of one shelf (close to the roof)
 
Put a box on the forklift arms, hit the switch, jump onto the arms. When it gets to the top, jump on box, jump up to the ledge, hit the vent, proceed.
