ok i am back at the london castle after beating down the giggling man and i am doing the one vs one vs Ooka with raigar. how in the hell can you beat this guy?? i can get him down to about 400 hp left then he does that EX move and kills my ass everytime. ive tried so many times...


please tell where you got whatever skills or weapons.

the walkthroughs online just say use this... but not how or where to get it
 
As I recall, that is the only fight I had where I was forced to use a healing Item. Thankfully, I happened to have one that Raigar had given me some time earlier.
 
thank you so much. i was thinking that but i have spent so much time trying to fight him and powering up i was about to give up.
