Im using the new Cat 4.1s i increaded and score and stability with these. http://service.futuremark.com/compare?2k1=7471172
My 3dmark 03 went up a little more then 100 points to 7186

Current hardware FX-51, Asus SK8N 1004 Bios, 1 GIG of Corsair 3200, 9800XT Stock air it wont do more then 455/405 before glitching. Heres what i dont understand, If i raise the FSB and say run a pass through at 2400MHZ, or just change the multiplier to 12X200 2400 my scores are nearly identical? Im keeping ram timing tight not changing them at all? Stumped. More juice to the cpu and i can boot into windows at 2580Mhz but cant run a 3dmark at 2500Mhz or above.. Cooling issues? Thanks
 
Volt mod the 9800 and overclock it some more. If not, give it some more cooling.

Cooling the processor doesnt matter as long as the temps are below 50C or so. Once you get into super cooling (below 0C) you can achieve higher overclocks, but that is not always practical.

You are probably over-running your ram at anything much higher than 200fsb. Feed that corsair some more juice or relax the timings.
 
Well i got a Prometia Mach 2 on its way and should be here like 30 minutes ago..lol.. Im leary of tearing apart my 9800XT but i will if thats what i have to do, Memory timings havnt mattered, i set them to cas 2.5/4/4/11 and it still doesnt matter same results, i do have some nice score in SiSoft Sandra at 2550Mhz but i need a damn 3dmark run, Im gonna reboot and set them damn CPU volts to 1.7 and boot at 12.5X205 and try a run the CPU aint getting hotter then 130 Degrees full load so i aint worried about the temps, voltage to the ram is at the max, which defintely needs to be modded
