Stubborn Old Computer

Ok, I'm definitely re-entering the vintage age by trying to resetup an old motherboard, an Azza KT3ABX. For some reason, I can't seem to get this thing to do much of anything. The CPU fan spins, I have ample power to the motherboard, the jumpers are properly set up, as well as all devices properly installed. They keep spinning and getting power, but the system itself isn't even giving me a video signal. I've double checked each component in other systems and I have no clue.

The other components are as follows...

20 GB Quantum Fireball HD
TNT2 32 MB 4x AGP video card
512 MB of Micron PC133 SDRAM
128 MB of Generic PC133 SDRAM
Artec 52x24x52x CD-RW drive
Allied 450 W PSU
Athlon T-bird @ 1.33 Ghz

Any suggestions? I'd really like to have this system run again.

These are the most common errors that result in no video:

Bad RAM/Unseated RAM/Bad slots/One bad stick - so in short, mess with the RAM
Bad Mobo - I guess you could try a component swap, but this one should be a last ditch effort
Bad Video Card - Use a PCI video card just to see if you can isolate the issue to either the TNT2 or the AGP slot itself
Re-Seat the CPU
Bad CPU - It's happed to me...with a previously well working T-Bird (1.2), curiously enough.

Hope these help...I know they are all kind of basic, but these are the only issues that I know of that would prevent a computer from booting
