i have some strobes that were once in my car, they require 12vdc to operate. i assume i could hook these up like any ccfl, or fan?

ideas? concerns?
 
I think the real question is how many amps they draw. Any spec stickers on these strobes?
 
no problem, what are the amp draws i should be looking for to be able to use them in my computer case?
 
Shouldn't be a problem.If it is stick a 5ohm resistor between the power supply and strobe on hte positive wire.
