Stripe Size on RAID 0

Should I just go with a 4k stripe size on my RAID 0 of 36gig Raptors?

It will be used for my OS, games, and the occasional video/picture editting.

I've got 2 raptors.

So, any reasons as to choosing the size? I know that a bigger stripe size is good for editing, while smaller is better for gaming.
