Strip Media Attachments- Exchange

I've got a couple questions perhaps users here might know the answer to.
1) Can I strip media attachments with Untangle? That'd be the best way I can think of.
2) If not, anything simple that will just discard them on the server?

Right now there's a bunch of mp3, wma, wmv, etc media flies getting FW all over the place. Just sucks up space toward the user's quota.

Exchange 2003 or Exchange 2007?

As far as I know, Exchange 2003 doesn't have a built-in way to configure attachment filtering. Exchange 2007 has this ability with Get-transportAgent.
