Striker Extreme not booting

I finally got my striker extreme up and working after about a week dealing with the CPU INIT issue. It was working fine for about 2 weeks then every once in awhile it wouldnt boot up at all when I hit the power button.. IF i kept trying it would eventually post. Its gotten to the point now where it wont do anything but spin the fans with CPU INIT on the lcd. I get no beeps and no screen just spinning fans... any suggestions? my guess is the mobo went bad..

Could be a bad psu, try a spare.

Any overclock ? Bios version (1301 has cold boot issues), tried with one dimm ( your board and your ram really have a love hate relationship ) did battery trick ? reseated the CPU (what cooler do you use ?), how did you resolve the CPU init issue ?
