Have been running orthos to determine stability of system. Was noticing that orthos only stresses up to about 3 gigs of ram. Is this because orthos is 32 bit and cannot access all of the ram?
The reason I'm asking is because my system is perfectly stable with orthos for 12+ hours on many occasions. It has been stable with games and everything else as well.
Today though, when doing a large unrar and running some programs in the background, it blue screened on me. It was quick so I was unable to catch the error message.
Is it possible that 1 gig of the 4 I have is not being stress tested and there lies a problem with that one chip?
Is orthos supposed to use all memory available? Are there any programs for 64 bit windows that will test my memory?
Thanks in advance
