Hi there I have just finished building a pc using amd fx-8350 cpu and want to do tests to make sure its stable. running windows 8 pro 64 bit.

software i have got.
cpuz
gpuz
CPUID HWMonitor
Everest Ultimate Edition

What is the best software to test / cpu ram and gpu.

I personally like Heaven DX11, seems to test stability for me quite decently and heats parts up more "naturally" then many other canned benchmarks.
 
prime95/ibt for CPU
valley/heaven bencmarks for gpu (uengine based)

I'll also throw up GTA IV, always been the quickest to crash for me if my GPU OC isn't stable, especially since I installed the ICE mod
 
Prime95 works great. Great for Cpu and Heat stress. cpuZ is another great one too.
