Streaming - Countdown Timer - Wirecast

So, apparently you have to be some sort of voodoo magician for this.

We are streaming a show tonight, using Wirecast.

I cannot, for the life of me, figure out a way to do a countdown timer overlay. Wirecast has no effects options, whatsoever that I can find.

I've googled my ass off to try and find an answer, and all I can get is a couple (minor) answers for using 3rd party software (most of which seem to blow and caused me issues last night).

I'm using a PC, otherwise I'd try CamTwist, which is a Mac program. ManyWebCam seemed to cause problems.

All I need is a 3 and 4 minute timer. Overlays on the screen. That's it. Period.

Suggestions?

For twitch.tv I use FFsplit. It has an overlay feature that you can use to make such things happen; otherwise, run what you want to show in windowed/borderless (if possible) then set a clock overlay to "Always On Top", that should do it.
