Stream Windows Audio through LAN?

Is there a way to stream all windows audio through the network? We have one TV in our office and were thinking of hooking up a PC to watch videos. We want to keep the noise level down and were wondering if there was a program to stream all Windows audio to our PCs. That way, we can all watch the same thing on the TV, but listen in by opening up the network audio stream.

I'm not looking to stream one video to multiple clients. The video is to be played on the TV while the audio is streamed over the network for multiple clients to connect and listen in.
