Any usage for stream yet other than the AVIVO converter that works like poo in 64bit?
 
Stream as it is now is a dead duck. I wouldn't expect anything to come of it. Any significant developments are going to come via OpenCL support going forward.
 
I would love to see anything "I" could use take advantage of the power of the GPU cores. F@H is great and I use it, but in this particular case I was looking for anything I could use to benefit myself :).

Stream being dead is ok with me, What can I do with OpenCL? :)

ATi/AMD won't support OCL in non-Beta version until Q4'09/Q1'10. You could probably use their CTM API, though it has been depreciated in favour of OCL. Which is still MIA at this point. But if you can wait until 2010, then there's a lot of stuff you could do with OCL :) Look at CUDA applications for inspiration.

Hmm... Well I guess I'll hae to wait and see if I still have an AMD/ATI Card by then :-D

Haven't been reading what the future holds, love my X2 but I haven't been known to hold onto hardware that long :).
