Stream Cable Audio to iPod

Is there any devices that stream audio over wifi? I want to stream my local news and espn, from my cable box to my ipod, while I work outside. I have seen some solutions like slingbox but they are around 300-$400 and seem to be designed for video. These shows offer podcast but it's later in the day and the audio is crappy. I have a cable box with RCA and optical outputs and a wireless-N router in the same room.

There's an ESPN app for the iPhone/Touch/Android that streams all the ESPN radio channels.

Thanks for the replys.

I checked out the ESPN app and it will let you hear everything except what I want to hear the most. It looks like Around The Horn and PTI are only streamed in one of Sirus's satellite packages. And Sirus doesn't offer that particular stream over the Internet. >:|

Airfoil looks like the best fit. I don't have any experience feeding audio into my PC but it looks like I can get it into the line-in jack and have some software pick it up from there.
