Strange temperature readings

I've been trying to troubleshoot some stability issues with my everyday rig, and I noticed something strange during a Prime95 test.

At some point during the test 2+ hours into it testing, the temperature readings in SpeedFan that were being reported from "Chip: Winbond W83667HG-B" suddenly dropped to -1C. After a quick reboot, they all started reporting properly again.

Got any ideas?
