Hey guys I have a sharp aquos 37" and near the center I have a one white single pixel. I've tried running the fast color loop, massaging the pixel and taping on it but it doesn't seem to help. It's only noticeable when you play anything that has darkness in it (movies, dark games).

What I found odd is if I bring my eyes as close as I can to the screen and put up a white background I can see that the pixel (or maybe its two pixels) half is flashing blue/red and the other bottom part just red. Any idea if this is something other then a stuck pixel?

Yes, it's stuck. Replace the unit, return it to the retailer or send it to Sharp for a replacment.
