Strange RAM Issue

I just got 2x 1GB sticks of Corsair XMS Platinum DDR500 for my system (in sig), and I'm running them at 235MHz in accordance with my OC. Everything seems stable, 15 hours of Prime95 blend and 10 hours of memtest without any errors at the current settings. However, I have crashed a few times playing CS:S in such a way that I can only attribute to a RAM issue. The system simply goes to a blue screen of death really quickly and then restarts. I get a "Windows has recovered from a serious error" screen after I boot up, but everything else seems to be fine. Anybody know what this could be?

Timings are:
3-4-4-8 (the same as the sticks are indicated to run at at DDR500)
Vdimm is at 2.8V.

Slow the memory down more and see if it crashes.
Try boosting the voltage a little too.

Can you get any other memory to test with?
Also can I ask if as a result of getting the faster memory, is your CPU overclocked more?

I was using 1GB of Patriot DDR400 crap, running at the same timings and frequency and it was perfectly stable. I've backed off a little on the timings, and I haven't been ahving any problems.
