ok.. i unlocked all the pipelines and vertex shaders with rivatuner on my 6800nu
everything seems fine in games except when I play cs:source
cs_office0000.jpg

BUT when I turn on antialiasing, everything looks perfect and the white dots go away. I dont get these white dots in UT2004 and i dont get get it in the stress test either which is strange...

well if u didnt get those dots before the unlock/flash etc.. then ur card's pipelines are defective (the ones u unlocked).... u would have to flash back to the original bios and the 12 pipelines ;( also it might be ur gp or videocards memory is overclocked too high.. try lowering the clock speed lower before u flash back to the 12 pipelines.... if that doesnt work. then ur pipelines are defective... not so lucky

hmm but im wondering why they go away once i turn on anti aliasing.. i almost gained a full 1k in 3dmark03 with the pipes enabled.. went from like 9.6k to 10.6k in 3dmark03
